Liquid Nitrogen Systems

Contact Us

We are highly experienced in the design and manufacture of Liquid Nitrogen Systems. We offer a bespoke design service and provide unique system design all the way down to component design level, ensuring we can meet your exact requirements. Our Engineers have worked within this sector for 30 years, developing and manufacturing innovative and high quality systems.

We are expert in the development and manufacture of closed loop Liquid Nitrogen Systems. One of our core skills is the automated control of pressure and flow regulation. This is achieved with the use of various technologies such as valves, sensors, heat exchangers and dewars, all controlled by an embedded microprocessor system.

Liquid Nitrogen systems can be exposed to extreme temperature differences, depending on the application the temperature could range from -196°C to 300°C. We use our specialist knowledge in this field to ensure material compatibility for a variety of applications.

We are experienced in the design and manufacture of bespoke heat exchangers for small to medium size applications. Additionally, we can provide innovative solutions for vacuum insulated assemblies, such as bespoke hose assemblies for the transfer of liquid nitrogen and medical devices, ensuring the safety of both the user and the patient.

Safety is of paramount importance when dealing with extreme low temperatures, we carry out detailed DFMEAs on all designs to identify any potential risks early in the development and where necessary we implement measures to eliminate the risk.
