We specialise in pneumatic pressure and leak testing up to a pressure of 140 bar. We are highly experienced in pressure testing and the design and manufacture of bespoke pressure testing equipment. At the highest pressure we are able to test small parts such as medical needles and small connectors. Larger parts can be pneumatically tested at lower pressures.
We found that high level pneumatic pressure testing services were a very scarce resource due to the inherent risks. So, we introduced this process into our factory as we had a device that required pressure testing but could not be contaminated with liquid.
Pneumatic pressure testing is essential to ensure that the device under test is safe, reliable and leak tight. Due to our pressure testing capabilities, we are often able to apply considerable safety factors to ensure the design and manufacturing processes are both robust and appropriate for the lifetime of the product.
We offer this service for the verification of new product developments and ongoing production testing. We also offer our pressure test process as a standalone service or as part of our manufacturing package.
With this service you will get a certificate and additional data logs to ensure your product meets your requirements. We use UKAS Class 1 calibrated equipment and we work to the ISO:9001 2015 certified standard.
