Laser Welding
Our high-tech laser welding facility provides an accurate and cutting-edge solution to your micro and rotary laser welding requirements. We specialise in welding complex tubular assemblies and free hand welding for complex shapes and patterns. We have developed weld processes capable of producing deep welds whilst still maintaining an excellent cosmetic appearance.

Pressure Testing & Qualification
We specialise in pneumatic pressure and leak testing up to a pressure of 140 bar. We are highly experienced in pressure testing and the design and manufacture of bespoke pressure testing equipment. At the highest pressure we are able to test small parts such as medical needles and small connectors. Larger parts can be pneumatically tested at lower pressures.

Surface Finishing
At Nu Perspectives we have a range of processes to produce different, high quality surface finishes. Whether it serves a functional purpose, such as prepping surfaces for gluing or creating a high quality cosmetic finish.

Gluing
At Nu Perspectives we have in house automated and manual gluing processes. We specialise in the use of cyanoacrylates and have developed gluing solutions that withstand high pressures whilst still remaining leak tight. We are also experienced in the use of potting compounds which can be used to provide extra strength and electrical insulation or to protect from moisture, chemical attack or physical shock.

Shrink Fitting
At Nu Perspectives we have in house shrink fitting capabilities, we can shrink fit small to large scale batch sizes. Shrink fitting is a great alternative to forced fitting using thermal expansion and contraction effects to minimise the force requirements
