We work with leading medical device companies to develop and manufacture single use medical products. We generate low cost solutions which deliver the required performance and safety requirements necessary for a single use device.
Our supply chain management team can manage the sterilisation process so that sterile, packaged products are delivered directly to our customers.
Single use medical products are predominantly sterilised by Ethylene Oxide Sterilisation (ETO) and are delivered in sterile packaging. Nu Perspectives is experienced in the design and manufacture of products for ETO sterilisation.
ETO Sterilisation does not use excessive heat, moisture or radiation which means that many materials are compatible with ETO. Examples that may not be compatible include:
- Batteries
- Vacuum sensitive products
- Some coatings
At Nu Perspectives we work to all medical regulations, our supply chain management team ensure the suppliers we use operate under a quality standard regulated body and Nu Perspectives is audited under the ISO:9001 2015 certification.
