Nu Perspectives specialise in the design and manufacture of Cancer Treatment systems. Through research and development, we have been able to create products in line with clients needs that meet medical and safety regulations.
It is well known that cryosurgery can effectively treat or manage certain types of cancer. Some are well established treatments such as skin melanoma’s and prostate cancer, particularly when surgical interventions are not possible.
More recently there have been advancements in the treatment of breast cancer, lung cancer and eye cancer. The treatment of cancer using extremely low temperatures is referred to as cryoablation. Ablation of cancerous cells requires very deep temperatures which can be achieved by use of liquid nitrogen or other liquified gases.
We have a wealth of experience in the design and manufacture of liquid nitrogen systems for cancer treatments. We have developed effective solutions that maximise the freezing capabilities of the probe, producing lower temperatures and larger ice growth, both of which are critical for effective cancer treatments.
