Pneumatic Systems

One of our core skills is the design and manufacture of closed loop systems. Using our Mechatronic knowledge, we incorporate a range of technologies including mechanics, electronics, valves, motors, sensors and detection devices, all controlled by an embedded microprocessor system.

We design and manufacture quick release connection systems and are expert at incorporating mechanical safety interlocking mechanisms and detection devices.  This approach eliminates the risks associated with a single point of failure (SPOF) which is essential for safety critical elements of the design.

There are a multitude of different applications for pneumatic systems including gas bottle management, food preservation, movement of machinery, robotics and automated projects to name a few. Pneumatics feature in a wide range of sectors, such as industrial, medical, chemical and the food & drug industries.
