We design and manufacture flexible tube assemblies for the transfer of gas and liquids. Multiple tubes can be housed within an outer sheath tube or a single tube with multi lumen channels of different sizes and numbers.
We design multi lumen tubes in house which are manufactured by our trusted suppliers. We design and manufacture hose and tube connections using crimped, threaded and glued solutions. We commonly work with Nylon, PFA, PTFE and Silicone tubing but can also provide other materials.
We design and manufacture hose assemblies incorporating insulating materials, for more demanding applications we can design bespoke hose assemblies with vacuum insulation, preventing any transfer of heat to the outer surfaces. This is commonly used for the transfer of liquid nitrogen (-196°C).
