Chronic pain can be controlled using cryosurgery which is a minimally invasive treatment. Typically, this is used for Chronic Pain in the spinal region and the treatment of Trigeminal Neuralgia. Pain relief is achieved by applying extremely cold temperatures to the target nerve.
Our precision probes and devices are designed and manufactured to withstand both extreme cold and high pressures. These products develop extremely low temperatures at the tip, via the circulation of high pressure cryogenic gas

- Design and manufacture of a 2.1mm diameter insulated surgical needle with a trocar tip
- Electrical insulation achieved by a sleeve with a 0.025mm wall thickness
- Complex laser welded tubular assemblies designed and manufactured in house
- Micro laser tubular welds ranging from ø0.3mm tube size plus
- Surgical probes designed and manufactured by Nu Perspectives
- Design of gas management systems to control pressure regulation and function.
- Module block successfully integrated into clients existing system
- Complex and detailed gluing process suitable for temperatures between -40°C to +140°C.
