Our experienced in-house engineers design automated flow and pressure regulation systems. We incorporate a range of technologies within the system including mechanics, electronics, valves, motors, sensors and detection devices, all controlled by an embedded microprocessor system. Our engineers have worked within this sector for 30 years, developing and manufacturing innovative, high quality solutions.
The sensors report data back to the processor which makes the necessary adjustments to maintain the required flow or pressure level. This could be as part of a pre-programmed automated cycle or user input requirements.
Safety is of paramount importance when dealing with high pressures, we carry out detailed DFMEAs on all designs to identify any potential risks early in the development and where necessary implement measures to eliminate the risk.
