At Nu Perspectives we have a dedicated team managing our supply chain, meaning our parts are delivered and inspected to the highest standard as well as ensuring we have the correct documentation to prove this.
As a company we work to ISO:9001 2015 and as part of our supplier approval system we make sure they have at least one of the following quality standards in place:
- Quality Certification (e.g. ISO:9001)
- Quality Contract with Nu Perspectives
- A defined quality procedure which includes providing Certificate of Conformity on all parts
To become an approved Category A Supplier at Nu Perspectives, the company must have a recognised quality system in place which is relevant for the engineering or medical field. This allows us to know that through auditing, the company will always meet the standards we require.
Each project is unique which means we will assess the suppliers we use on a project to project basis to ensure they can provide the service our clients require.
We work with suppliers in metal, peek, PFA, nylon, plastic mouldings, micro drilling, vacuum brazing and extrusion techniques to name a few. This means that our capabilities are not limited to the machinery we have in house; we can provide a full and comprehensive package.
