All aspects of our manufacturing processes are underpinned by our quality system, we can provide certificates of conformity, test certificates, full traceability and raw material certificates

Production

We are a small to medium batch size manufacturer, with batch size capabilities ranging from less than ten to tens of thousands. Our in house specialist processes enable us to offer quick turnaround times for prototypes and small batch production.

Project ‘Nu Perspectives Ltd: Expansion of in-house manufacturing facilities’
This project, funded by the Loddon and Test LEADER Programme, is to support the purchase of equipment to establish a dedicated manufacturing area for production of cryoprobe welded stem assemblies, prototype parts, production tooling and welded assemblies. The grant will fund; specialist laser welding equipment, polishing equipment, a lathe and a milling machine. It will also fund necessary air conditioning units. It will enable the business to further grow and develop its manufacturing base, leading to further job creation and economic growth.
It is part funded by the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development: Europe investing in rural areas.
