When clients approach us to discuss a potential development they often have a deep understanding of what they want the product to do. Many clients do not always have a detailed technical product specification at this stage, so where necessary we can work in collaboration with them to fully define the requirements.
We have innovative in-house engineers specialising in Mechanical Design, Electronics Design and Mechatronics Design. Our designs are developed using 3D CAD software to generate part and assembly models and fully defined technical drawings. We use CADSTAR for electronics hardware development.
Our engineers have an extensive knowledge of material selection, seal design, manufacturing processes, systems design, high pressure manifolds, extreme low temperatures and flow and pressure regulation.
We are experienced in designing parts and assemblies for various manufacturing processes including machined and molded parts and welded and glued assemblies.
