Nu Perspectives specialise in the design and manufacture of Ophthalmic Surgical Products. We work closely with our clients to ensure our products meet their needs as well as meeting safety and reliability requirements.
There are a number of ophthalmic conditions that can be treated by applying extreme cold. Typical treatments include retinal detachment, cataract, glaucoma and trichiasis.
We design and manufacture precision probes and devices that can withstand both extreme cold and high pressures. These products develop extremely low temperatures at the tip, via the circulation of high pressure cryogenic gas.

- Design of consoles with integrated electronic systems and gas management capabilities
- Range of complex tubular assemblies designed and manufactured in house, micro laser tubular welds ranging from ø0.3mm tube and up
- Design and manufacture of single use and reuseable products
- ETO sterilisation management – products delivered sterile and packed to the client
- Complex and detailed gluing process suitable for temperatures between -40°C to +140°C
- Ongoing supply of products to the client
