We have a comprehensive verification & validation process which are implemented throughout the product development and into manufacture.

DFMEA & PFMEA

We use Design and Process FMEA (Failure Mode and Effect Analysis) to identify potential failure modes and causes. Once identified, mitigations are put in place to eliminate the failure mode, resulting in safe and high quality products.

Inspection

We have robust inspection processes for parts for both prototype and production components. Parts and assemblies are inspected against detailed technical drawings and specifications.

Product Testing

Throughout the design cycle, testing protocols will be developed to ensure the product meets the customer requirements and conforms to the technical product specification. Some examples of testing that may be used include functional tests, safety tests and life cycle tests. The exact nature of the testing will be driven by the customer requirements and the technical specification.

Quality System

As part of our continued quality procedures within Nu Perspectives we are proud to be awarded an ISO:9001 2015 standard.

At Nu Perspectives we also hold our suppliers to this standard and therefore the vast majority of our suppliers also hold ISO:9001 or equivalent standards.

We have a dedicated Supply Management Team who ensure our suppliers and parts comply with our expected standards for quality and traceability.
